Commentary

Cylindrical altar, moulded at the top and bottom, found at the sanctuary of the gods of Ascalon on the Kynthos. The same inscription appears on the two opposite sides of the altar.
Autel cylindrique mouluré en haut et en bas, découvert au sanctuaire des dieux d'Ascalon sur le Cynthe. La même inscription figure sur les deux faces opposées de l'autel.
