Commentary
Commentary Two decrees of the Athenian People honouring:
- I (l. 1-28): the father of a basket-bearer (kanêphoros) (in this case, the eponymous archon himself);
- II (l. 29-68): the supervisors (epimelêtai) of the procession (II, l. 29-68).
The former as well as the latter served at the City Dionysia of the year 186/5.
Deux décrets du Peuple d'Athènes honorant :
- I (l. 1-28) : le père d'une canéphore (en l'occurrence, il s'agit de l'archonte éponyme lui-même) ;
- II (l. 29-68) : les épimélètes de la procession.
L'une comme les autres ont servi aux Dionysies urbaines de l'année 186/5 av. n.è.
