Commentary
Commentary Foud at the Piraeus (between the Ag. Spyridon church and the custom-house), most probably the original place of erection of the stele (cf. l. 44-47 with Demosthenes 20, 36).
Stele with relief depicting two men seated (probably Spartokos and Pairisades) and another one standing beside them (possibly Apollônios, or rather Leukon, according to Braund 2019).
Two decrees of the Athenian city (l. 3-65: People; l. 65-68: Council) honouring Spartokos (II) and Pairisades (I), rulers of the (Cimmerian) Bosphoran kingdom, as well as their brother Apollonios.
