Contra Loukopoulou & Psoma, Maroneia and Stryme Revisited (2008), who locate here the pre-Hellenistic Maroneia. Site fortifié d'une presqu'île au NE du cap Molyvoti, identifié de façon hypothétique avec Strymè. Contra Loukopoulou & Psoma, Maroneia and Stryme Revisited (2008), qui y localisent la Maronée pré-hellénistique.
