Commentary On the banks of the Ilissos
Sur les bords de l'Ilissos
Commentary Dedicatory columella found during excavations of a Classical building (temple?) located between Ardittou, Thômopoulou, Kephalou, and Koutoula streets (Mets neighbourhood), i.e. near the temple of Artemis Agrotera in the area of ancient Agrai.
A relief depicting Zeus enthroned was also found there; thus this could be the place where the sanctuary of Zeus (Meilichios) in Agrai was located.
