Commentary

The letter k appearing between theôi and epêkoôi seems to be an error of the lapicide, but an abbreviation for k(uriôi), "master", can also be considered. However, the fact that this letter has disappeared from the 2nd engraving is in favour of an error, as proposed by SEG.
La lettre k figurant entre theôi et epêkoôi semble être une erreur du lapicide, mais on peut aussi envisager une abréviation pour k(uriôi), "maître". Cependant, le fait que cette lettre ait disparu de la 2e gravure fait pencher la balance en faveur d'une erreur, comme le propose le SEG.
