In IGLS XVII, 308, J.-B. Yon translates the passage εἰς τὸ κτίζμα τοῦ ἱεροῦ μεγίστου θεοῦ Βηλου, "for the construction of the very great god holy Bel", but it is rather "for the construction of the sanctuary of the very great god Bel".
