Commentary The qualification of "ancestral god", in a context of traditional cults, can be applied to various deities. In many cases, the deity can be called by its name and then the definition of "ancestral god/goddess" as Zeus at Mseikeh (IGLS XV 137), or Heracles at Nejran (IGLS XV 360).
La qualification de "dieu ancestral", dans un contexte de cultes traditionnels, peut s'appliquer à des divinité diverses. Dans de nombreux cas, on trouve la divinité appelée par son nom et puis la définition de "dieu/déesse ancestral/e" comme Zeus à Mseikeh (IGLS XV 137), ou Héraclès à Nejran (IGLS XV 360).
